Greetings, art aficionados!

Allow me to introduce myself – I am Alison Gaffyne, a Franco-British artist born in the heart of London.

My journey in the realm of art began amidst the serene landscapes of the Isle of Wight in the UK.

and has taken me through the vibrant cultures of Spain and France. With a palette in hand and a heart full of passion, I’ve dedicated myself to spreading happiness and warmth through my art.

Formation

My artistic education has been a colourful tapestry woven across various mediums and styles

From my classical training in watercolours and gouache to my exploration of oils and acrylics, I’ve always sought to express my feelings with an explosion of vibrant hues

During my sojourn in Dubai, I embraced the opulence of rich golds, silvers, and bronzes, infusing my artwork with an air of luxury and sophistication.

My creations range from finely detailed paintings to bold and expressive strokes

Each one bearing the unmistakable imprint of my unique style. I am particularly renowned for my depictions of exotic, mythical birds against lush papyrus backgrounds, as well as my colourful impressionist works inspired by the mentorship of the esteemed Jeffrey Pratt.

Now based in the picturesque locales of Amboise, nestled in the enchanting Loire Valley of France, as well as Wiltshire, UK, I welcome you to step into my world. Join me in my workshops, where I invite you to witness the magic of creation firsthand. Whether you seek to commission a bespoke oil painting or a charming piece of children’s art, I am here to bring your vision to life.

I extend a warm invitation to explore my world of art, where colours converge to ignite the soul and happiness finds its home.
